South Lincolnshire Academies Trust have an exciting job opportunity for an inspirational and dynamic Headteacher at Bourne Academy, which is one of the top performing schools in Lincolnshire.

Due to there being no internal candidates for this position, we seek someone with leadership experience from outside of the Trust.

This role will be suitable for exceptional candidates who are working at Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher level.

Bourne Academy is an exceptional school that is performing WELL ABOVE national average, in the TOP TWO non-selective secondary schools in Lincolnshire, outperforms local grammar schools as well as being in the top 5% of all schools nationally (based on a Progress 8 score of +0.63 in 2023). The school was also awarded ‘Secondary School of the Year’ at the 2023 Lincolnshire Free Press and Spalding Guardian Education Awards.
